Steve McIntyre, President
Eric Laumann, Winemaker and General Manager
Steve holds a Masters in Enology from California State University Fresno and has over 10 years of experience in vineyard management. As president of Monterey Pacific Inc, Steve currently oversees over 8,000 acres in Monterey County alone. While at MPI he became aware of his client's need for custom crush services on the Central Coast. Steve is helping to fill this critical need by providing his experience and vision to Monterey Wine Company.
Eric is a UC Davis graduate and has been making wine professionally for over 21 years. He has made wine for Bonny Doon Vineyards, Edgewood Estate Winery, Edna Valley Vineyards, Zaca Mesa and Kendall-Jackson. Eric joined the Monterey Wine Company development team in 2002. His experience on both sides of the custom crush relationship and his insights on the art and science of winemaking in a custom crush environment were key in molding the Monterey Wine Company philosophy.
